THE KIT BAG

We seek team volunteers, who are definitely playing the following week, to help spread the burden of looking after the kit bag during the intervening week, please. Obviously we are only talking of those with cars.Dudley is happy to do this most weeks, but would need cover for any absence.

MATCH FEES

£5 per player per match

Please bring the money with you! Note that this is increased from £3 per match in 2022.The aim is simply that we break even to cover our costs -pitch hire, insurance, supply of balls, and replenishing the kit bag(which is not widely used nowadays, so little recent cost here),plus anything I haven't thought of.

PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE

Our Public Liability Insurance is as follows:-

Our insurer is Insure4Sport and our Policy Number is I4S542781

Our cover is £5million for Public Liability and £1million for Professional Indemnity

RESERVES

When more than 11 declare themselves available for a match, those missing out, who then become reserves, will automatically be selected for the next match in which they declare themselves available.Everybody who declares themselves available up until 48 hours before a match will be considered equally for selection, at which time the captain will decide who should go on the reserve list, if there are more than 11, and all available players will be notified. After this point, it is first come, first served.
